3000nm3/h Psa Hydeogen Plant With Hydrogen Dispenser

After hydrogen (H2) mixed gas enters the pressure swing adsorption (PSA) unit, various impurities in the feed gas are selectively adsorbed in the bed by various adsorbents in the adsorption tower, and the non-adsorbable component, hydrogen, is exported from the outlet of the adsorption tower. After the adsorption is saturated, the impurities are desorbed and the adsorbent is regenerated.

The PSA Technology also can be used in:

1. CO2 Separation and purification (PSA - CO2)

To recycle pure CO2 is recycled from CO2-rich gas mixture. Material gases include: such as exhaust gas of lime kiln, fermentation gas, converted gas, natural mine gas and other gas sources with CO2. The purity of the recycled CO2 reaching can reach 98~99.99%.

2. CO Separation and Purification (PSA - CO)

To recycle pure CO is recycled from CO-rich gas mixture. Material gases include: such as semi-water gas, water gas, blast furnace gas of cuprammonia regenerated gas, yellow phosphorus tail gas and other gas sources with CO. The purity of the recycled CO can reach the purity of CO reaching 80~99.9%.

3. CO2 Removal (PSA - CO2 Removal)

Remove CO2 from converted gas, which is applied for decarbonization of synthetic ammonia and methanol production.
