Working principle

The compressed air passes through the air purification system to remove the impurities, such as oil, water and dust, and into the adsorption tower with zeolite molecular sieve.

The nitrogen, carbon dioxide and water vapor in the air are adsorbed in large quantities by molecular sieves, and oxygen and nitrogen are separated with the high diffusion rate of oxygen.

When the nitrogen and other impurities in the adsorption tower reach saturation, the pressure is reduced and the zeolite molecular sieve is regenerated and reused.

The two adsorption towers are operated under the control of PLC and continuously produce high quality oxygen.



The PSA oxygen generator can be used in various industries, such as the metallurgical industry for steelmaking in electric arc furnaces, ironmaking in blast furnaces with oxygen enrichment, and aiding combustion in nonferrous metal smelting processes like lead, copper, zinc, and aluminum smelting. It also can be used in various kilns and furnaces in the environmental protection industry for drinking water treatment, wastewater treatment, pulp bleaching, and biochemical treatment of sewage. In the chemical industry, PSA-O2 plant used in various oxidation reactions, ozone production, coal gasification, and fermentation, cutting, glass kilns, air conditioning, and waste incineration. In the medical industry, the PSA-O2 plant used in oxygen bars, oxygen therapy, sports and healthcare, and in the aquatic industry for seawater and freshwater aquaculture.
